摘要
《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》提出“深化档案信息化战略转型,加速数字档案馆(室)建设”的要求,而目前我国数字档案馆建设仍存在建设路径趋同、区域发展不均等局限性,亟须开展差异化方向的数字档案馆分层能力建设。本文提出新时期数字档案馆建设的新型路径、实现思路及发展趋势,为下一阶段信息化建设的推进提供方向。
The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives proposes'Deepening the strategic transformation of Archives informatization,and accelerating the construction of digital Archives(rooms)'.However,the current construction of digital Archives in China still has the limitations of similar construction paths and unequal regional development,and it is urgent to carry out the layered capacity construction of digital Archives in different directions.This paper puts forward the new path,realization idea and development trend of digital Archives construction in the new era,and provides the direction for the promotion of informatization construction in the next stage.
