In Xianfeng Dynasty,a large number of documents and Archives were produced in the process of managing the large and small affairs in Shengjing area.In order to meet the needs of its management,various forms of document and Archives management institutions have also been set up in each government office in Shengjing.Starting from the relevant Archives records in the Hetu Dangse kept in Xianfeng Dynasty,this paper analyzes the specific situation of the document and Archives management organization in Shengjing of Xianfeng Dynasty,which can help us to have a deeper understanding of the operation of the document and Archives management organization in Shengjing of Xianfeng Dynasty,in order to provide reference for the study of the document and Archives work in Shengjing of Xianfeng Dynasty.
