摘要
档案公共服务能力水平高低、利用服务成效好坏除了档案行业自身总结剖析外,还应站在社会公众的视角进行审视和评判。档案行业将打分权交付社会公众,总结成绩,正面问题,方能更加全面客观认识工作成效,进而将档案专业知识技能与“旁观者清”的理性态度有效结合,冲破思想观念束缚,将理想付诸实践,最终实现档案利用服务工作的高质量发展。本文旨在通过问卷调查和网络调研,总结分析现下社会公众对档案馆及档案利用服务的客观认知和理想期望,探析当下档案利用服务社会化存在的问题与解决办法,以期对促进我国档案公共服务能力的提升有所助力。
Besides summarizing and analyzing the Archives industry itself,we should also examine and judge Archives public service ability level from the perspective of the public.Archival industry will play the separation of delivery of the social public,summarizes achievement,positive,effectiveness and efficiency can be more comprehensive and objective understanding,and Archives and professional knowledge skills and rational attitude of the'Outsider'effective union,shake off the yoke of the ideas and the ideal into practice,finally realizes the file using the services of high quality development.This paper aims to summarize and analyze the objective cognition and ideal expectation of the public on Archives and Archives utilization service through questionnaire survey and network research,and to explore the existing problems and solutions of the socialization of Archives utilization service,in order to contribute to the improvement of China's Archives public service ability.
