800/1000米跑评价16~18岁中学生心肺耐力的有效性研究 被引量:2

The Validity of Evaluating Cardiorespiratory Fitness of Middle School Students Aged 16~18 Years by800/1000 Meters Running Test

摘要 目的:探讨800/1000米跑评价16~18岁中学生心肺耐力的有效性。方法:选取北京市某中学70名(男45名、女25名)16~18岁高中生为研究对象,分别进行递增负荷运动试验(graded exercise text,GXT)和800/1000米跑测试,同步佩戴便携式气体代谢分析仪采集运动过程中的气体代谢指标。通过配对t检验和Pearson相关分析对这两种方法获得的最大摄氧量(VO_(2max)、VO_(2max)/kg)、最大心率(HR^(2))、呼吸商(RER^(2))、时间等指标进行有效性分析;采用ROC曲线检验800/1000米跑评价中学生心肺耐力的准确度;采用多元逐步回归分析建立推测VO_(2max)的回归模型;通过3008名16~18岁中学生的800/1000米跑成绩获得VO_(2max)推测值,并采用离差法建立VO_(2max)的评价等级。结果:(1)800/1000米跑与GXT的VO_(2max)、VO_(2max)/kg的相关系数(r)分别为0.515、0.644(男)和0.584、0.505(女),均呈中度相关(P<0.05)。(2)800/1000米跑测试VO_(2max)的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)下面积为0.897(95%CI:0.823~0.972),灵敏度为97.2%,特异度为70.6%。(3)800/1000米跑成绩推测VO_(2max)的最优回归模型为:VO_(2max)(L/min)=1.640-0.004×性别(男1,女2)×时间(s)+0.037×体重(kg)(R^(2)=0.703,SEE=0.440 L/min)。(4)VO_(2max)的评价等级为:男生优:≥3.77 L/min;良:3.49~3.76 L/min;中:2.86~3.48 L/min;下:2.58~2.85 L/min;差:≤2.57 L/min。女生优:≥2.25 L/min;良:2.03~2.24 L/min;中:1.56~2.02 L/min;下:1.34~1.55 L/min;差:≤1.33L/min。结论:800/1000米跑测试可以有效评价16~18岁中学生的心肺耐力,推测VO_(2max)的回归模型以及参考评价等级可应用于学生体质健康评价。 Objective To explore the validity of evaluating the cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)of middle school students aged 16~18 years old using the 800/1000-meter running test.Methods Seventy high school students(45 males and 25 females)aged 16~18 years old in Beijing were selected.The portable gas metabolism analyzers were worn to collect the indicators of gas metabolism during their graded exercise test(GXT)and 800/1000-meter running test.Paired T test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the validity of the maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2max),VO_(2max)/kg),maximal heart rate(HR^(2)),maximum respiratory exchange ratio(RER^(2))and time collected in the two tests.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to test the accuracy of assessing cardiorespiratory fitness by 800/1000-meter running test.The multiple step wise regression analysis was used to establish the regression model of VO_(2max).The VO_(2max)was estimated by the results of 800/1000-meter running test of 3008 middle school students aged 16~18 years,and the evaluation grade of VO_(2max)was established by using the deviation method.Results(1)The correlation coefficients(r)of VO_(2max)and VO_(2max)/kg collected in 800/1000 meters running test and GXT were 0.515 and 0.644 for male students,0.584 and 0.505 for female ones,showing moderate correlation,respectively(P<0.05).(2)The area under ROC curve of VO_(2max)in 800/1000-meter running test was 0.897(95%CI:0.823~0.972),with the sensitivity and specificity of 97.2%and 70.6%respectively.(3)The optimal regression model of VO_(2max)according to the 800/1000-meter running test was as follows:VO_(2max)(L/min)=1.640-0.004×sex(male1,female2)×time(s)+0.037×weight(kg)(R~2=0.703,SEE=0.440 L/min).(4)The evaluation grades of VO_(2max)were as follows:male(excellent:≥3.77 L/min;Good:3.49~3.76 L/min;Medium:2.86~3.48 L/min;Lower:2.58~2.85 L/min;Poor:≤2.57 L/min);female(excellent:≥2.25 L/min;Good:2.03~2.24 L/min;Medium:1.56~2.02 L/min;Lower:1.34~1.55 L/min;Poor:≤1.33 L/min).Conclusion The800/1000-meter running test can effectively evaluate CRF of middle school students aged 16 to 18years old.The regression model and evaluation grades of VO_(2max)can be used to evaluate their physical fitness.
