高浓度化工废水处理工艺设计——以某新材料公司二期污水处理工程为例

Process Design of High Concentration Chemical Wastewater Treatment——Taking the Second Phase Sewage Treatment Project of a New Material Company as an Example

高浓度废水具有一定污染性,给予科学合理的处理在排放的环境中具有重要的环保意义。为了有效处理高浓度废水,文章以某新材料科技股份有限公司二期污水处理工程为例,深入探讨了高浓度污水的处理工艺。项目规划中,如何进行三元废水的处理是亟待解决的问题,该废水具有污染物浓度高、水量大等特点,因此要达到标准的处理质量要求具有一定难度。对此,结合企业一期工程项目,进行了该工艺基础上的优化、创新等,最终完成了二期工程的建设,取得了良好的高浓度废水处理效果,以供参考。

High concentration wastewater has certain pollution.Giving scientific and reasonable treatment and re discharge has important environmental protection significance in the environment.In order to effectively treat high concentration wastewater,taking the second phase wastewater treatment project of a new material technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper deeply discusses the treatment process of high concentration wastewater.In the project planning,how to treat ternary wastewater is an urgent problem to be solved.The wastewater has the characteristics of high pollutant concentration and large water volume.Therefore,it is difficult to meet the standard treatment quality requirements.In this regard,combined with the first phase project of the enterprise,the optimization and innovation based on the process are carried out,and the construction of the second phase project is finally completed,which has achieved good high concentration wastewater treatment effect for reference.
