摘要
基于液压传动装置具有结构紧凑,运动平稳可靠等优点,因此在地面雷达中的应用非常广泛。本文从液压系统的工作原理出发,对三大类型液压阀的结构组成、动作流程和基本回路进行了介绍,分析了不同结构类型的液压泵的特点并提出了雷达泵站的装配方式和维护手段。本文为地面雷达液压传动系统的设计提供了参考。
Hydraulic transmission device has the advantages of compact structure,stable and reliable movement,so it is widely used in ground radar.Based on the working principle of hydraulic system,this paper introduces the structure composition,operation flow and basic circuit of three types of hydraulic valves,analyzes the characteristics of hydraulic pumps with different structure types,and puts forward the assembly and maintenance means of radar pump station.This paper provides a reference for the design of ground radar hydraulic transmission system.
