网络已经成为当今社会必不可少的部分,楼层网络机柜已经普通存在于各类建筑中。网络机柜一般包含交换机、配线架,常见线路类别有内网、外网、电话等。如果要将错综复杂的线路关系记录清晰,也并非易事。本文提供了一种利用EXCEL绘制网络机柜线路信息的方法,以图表的形式直观展现线路的连接关系。这种记录信息的方式容易维护,并且图表可以随着基本信息的变更而自动更新。

Network has become an indispensable part of today's society,floor network cabinets have been common in all kinds of buildings.Network cabinets generally contain switches and distribution racks.Common lines include Intranet,extranet,and telephone.It's not easy to record the information of the lines clearly.This paper provides a method to draw network cabinet line information by EXCEL,which can visually display the complicated line connection relationship in the form of charts.This way of recording information is easy to maintain,and charts can be updated automatically as basic information changes.
