关于公路桥梁施工中钻孔灌注桩施工技术的应用分析 被引量:12

摘要 伴随当前经济快速发展,我国在公路工程交通施工技术也越来越发达,不但拥有较高的安全性,也提高了整体的工程质量水平。究其原因,主要是引入了大量先进的施工技术,其中钻孔灌注桩施工技术就是其中之一。合理使用钻孔灌注桩能够取得较好的效果,有效控制土体滑坡等病害,有助于提升整个建筑的稳定性,是当前土木工程交通工程当中应用较为广泛的一种基础结构形式,不管是在修筑高层建筑,还是在交通工程方面,钻孔灌注桩都受到了技术人员的青睐。应用钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,通常采用机械钻孔、人工挖孔或钢管压实等钻孔方法,主要工艺即在工程地基土上按照设计要求打入桩孔,并在桩孔内置放钢筋笼,而后灌注混凝土,使之做成桩。但是由于该技术施工要求较高,而且施工流程复杂,在施工作业中要严格加强现场管理,注重施工工艺细节的控制。如在施工中操作失误或不严格,有可能会对工程建设质量产生较大的影响。本文以案例为基础,对公路桥梁工程中钻孔灌注桩施工技术进行分析,以供参考。 With the current rapid economic development,China's highway engineering traffic construction technology is more and more developed,not only has a higher safety,but also improve the overall quality of the project.The main reason is the introduction of a large number of advanced construction technology,among which the construction technology of bored pile is one of them.Reasonable use of bored piles can obtain good effect,effectively control soil landslide and disease,help to improve the stability of the whole building,is the current civil engineering has been widely applied of traffic engineering and a foundation structure,whether in build high-rise buildings,or in terms of traffic engineering,bored piles are favored by the technical staff.The application of bored pile construction technology,usually using mechanical drilling,manual digging or steel tube compaction drilling methods,the main process is in the engineering foundation soil according to the design requirements of the pile hole,If the operation is wrong or not strict in the construction,it may have a great impact on the quality of the project construction.Based on the case,this paper analyzes the construction technology of bored pile in highway bridge engineering for reference.
