摘要
质量检测是产品生产中至关重要的一个环节,质量好坏将直接影响客户的使用体验。本文旨在研究大尺寸部件的检测技术,且结合了具体项目,首先介绍了7HA.02型燃气轮输出端部件的关键质量检测项目与检测结果,接着描述了该部件的检测难点,即成型轮廓度和接口法兰形位公差,并制订了新测量方案,最后选取了一个结构相似的小型部件验证新方案的可靠性。最后得出了合理可靠的大尺寸部件形位公差的测量方案。
Quality inspection is a crucial link in product production.The quality will directly affect the customer's use experience.This paper aims to study the detection technology of large-size parts,and combined with specific projects,7ha is introduced at first The key quality test items and test results of the output end components of 02 gas turbine are described.Then the test difficulties of the component,namely the forming contour and the geometric tolerance of the interface flange,are described,and a new measurement scheme is formulated.Finally,a small component with similar structure is selected to verify the reliability of the new scheme.Finally,a reasonable and reliable measurement scheme of geometric tolerance of large-size parts is obtained.
