摘要
教师资源的优质均衡配置是学前教育均衡发展的基础和教育事业发展的关键。本研究基于2019年我国31个省级行政区(不含港、澳、台地区)的数据,构建出学前教育师资配置的指标体系,采用偏最小二乘法-结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)对我国学前教育师资配置水平进行排名,运用地理信息系统(ArcGIS)和空间分析软件(GeoDa)探究各省(直辖市、自治区)师资配置指标的空间分布。结果显示:我国学前教育师资配置水平省际差异较大,非均衡配置的省份较多;师资配置各指标省域差异突出,具有明显的空间近邻效应。
The high-quality and balanced allocation of teacher resources is the basis for the balanced development of preschool education and the key to the development of educational cause.Based on the data of 31 provincial-level administrative regions in China in 2019,an indicator system for teacher allocation of preschool education is constructed,and the PLS structural equation model is used to rank the teacher allocation level of preschool education in China.And ArcGIS and GeoDa are also used to analyze the spatial distribution of teacher allocation indicators in provincial-level administrative regions.The results show that there are great inter-provincial differences in the teacher allocation level of preschool education and there are many provinces with unbalanced allocation;the provincial differences in the indicators of teacher allocation are prominent,and there is an obvious spatial neighborhood effect.
