Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金焊接技术的应用进展

摘要 Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金因具有优异的耐腐蚀性、高强度比等性能而被广泛地应用在各大领域。基于Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的性能特点总结了其焊接难点,综合论述了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的焊接方式,并分析了各种焊接方式的优缺点。研究旨在协助工程师选择合适的焊接工艺并优化相应的焊接参数,降低成本、强化焊接质量和提高生产效率,从而推动铝合金焊接技术的发展,扩大其在海洋工程装备上的应用,进一步推动我国海洋事业的发展。 Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were widely used in various fields due to their excellent corrosion resistance and high strength ratio.Based on the performance of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys,the welding problems of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were pointed out,the welding methods of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were summarized,and their respective advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,which were designed to assist engineers in selecting the appropriate welding process and optimizing the corresponding welding parameters.Saving costs,strengthening welding quality and improving production efficiency were conducive to promote the development of aluminum alloy welding technology,expanding its application in marine engineering equipment,and promoting the development of China’s marine industry.
