可穿戴人工肾再生透析液中尿素清除策略

Strategies of Urea Removal from Regenerated Dialysate in a Wearable Artificial Kidney

摘要 实现可穿戴人工肾(Wearable Artificial Kidney,WAK)所亟须解决的关键问题之一是制备高效的尿素吸附材料用以再生透析液.然而由于尿素化学活性低,在生理条件下很难和其他化合物反应,因此合成高效的尿素吸附材料是一个极具挑战性的科学难题.本文综述了近年来基于非共价法的尿素吸附材料的研究进展,主要包括无机物基吸附剂(如活性炭、硅、沸石、MXenes)、壳聚糖基吸附剂、分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)基吸附剂等,最后对未来的发展进行展望. Preparation of efficient urea adsorption materials for the regeneration of dialysate is one of the key problems to be solved in the realization of wearable artificial kidney(WAK).However,urea is difficult to react with other compounds under physiological conditions due to its low chemical activity.Therefore,it is a challenging scientific problem to synthesize efficient urea sorbents.In this paper,urea sorbents based on noncovalent bonds were systematically reviewed,mainly including inorganic adsorbents(such as activated carbon,silica,zeolite,MXenes),chitosan-based adsorbents,molecular imprinting polymers(MIPs)based adsorbents.Finally,the future development of wearable artificial kidney was prospected.
