摘要
根据GB/T 35884-2018《赤砂糖》的规定,兰-艾农恒容法测定赤砂糖中的还原糖分。测量结果的不确定度评定依照JJF 1059-2012这一国家计量技术规范《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定进行评定,构建数学模型分别计算每个不确定度分量。在此次试验情况下,测定结果的标准不确定度为0.018%,在置信水平95%的情形下,k=2,0.036%为最终所求的扩展不确定度,赤砂糖中还原糖分结果可以表示为5.29%±0.036%。影响兰-艾农恒容法测定还原糖分检测准确性的主要因素为滴定操作。
According to the provisions of GB/T 35884-2018 Red granulated sugar,the reduced sugar in red granulated sugar was determined by Lan-Ainon constant volume method.The uncertainty of measurement results was evaluated in accordance with the provisions of JJF 1059-2012,the National measurement technical specification Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty,and a mathematical model was constructed to calculate each uncertainty component.In the case of this experiment,the standard uncertainty of the determination result was 0.018%.In the case of 95%confidence level,k=2,0.036%was the extended uncertainty finally obtained.The reduced sugar in the red granulated sugar sample in this experiment can be expressed as 5.29%±0.036%.Titration was the main factor affecting the accuracy of the determination of reduced sugar by the constant volume method.
