摘要
“食品分析”是培养食品检测人才的核心课程之一。基于食品检测岗位需求,从实验教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学手段4个方面提出了改革建议,以提升教学效果,供相关教师教学和课程建设作参考。
Food Analysis experiment was one of the core courses on food inspection.In this article,revolution was proposed on teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching devices to promote teaching effect.In addition,some teachers could take it for reference in course teaching and course construction.
