摘要
课程改革话语是反映课程改革实践过程、引导课程改革实践发展的观念体系,是课程改革过程中涌现出的新概念、新观点、新理论、新提法,是思考和解决课程改革问题和进行课程改革思想交流的重要工具。21世纪以来,我国课程改革话语的形成综合运用了马克思主义教育学理论、课程改革政策理念、课程与教学的实践智慧、历史经验和域外课程改革经验等各种资源,遵循以课程问题为中心,以课程改革实践和事实为支撑,以信息时代为参照,以大众化为取向,以多种要素为依托的逻辑。要发挥课程改革话语的功能,就要充分发挥课程改革话语对课程发展与改革的引导作用,形成全球化背景下中国课程改革的独特话语体系,推动中国特色课程文化的发展,聚焦课程改革问题的解决,促进课程改革话语大众化,不断提高课程改革话语的影响力。
Curriculum reform discourse is the concept system that reflects the practice process of curriculum reform and guides the practice development of curriculum reform.It is the new concept,new viewpoint,new theory and new formulation emerging in the course of curriculum reform,and it is an important tool for thinking and solving the problems of curriculum reform and exchanging ideas of curriculum reform.Discourse on curriculum reform in the 21st century integrated used all sorts of resources,such as the theory of marxism education,curriculum reform policies’idea,curriculum and teaching practice,historical experience and wisdom outside experience.Discourse on curriculum reform wear build up adhere to the logic of centered by curriculum problems,supported by practice and facts of curriculum reform,consulted on information era,orientation towards masses,relay on diversified constructive elements.To exert the function of curriculum reform discourse,we should play to the curriculum reform discourse,guide for curriculum development and reform,formation of unique discourse system of curriculum reform under the background of globalization,and promote the development of the curriculum culture with characteristics,focusing on the solutions of the problem of curriculum reform,promote curriculum reform discourse popular,continuously improve the influence of the curriculum reform discourse.
