摘要
介绍了链传动中齿形链的分类情况;利用Adams仿真分析软件对不同油泵齿形链进行仿真对比,分析了不同齿形链在变速箱油泵系统中运行的稳定性;通过实验验证了其磨损、噪声等特性,以选择出最佳齿形。为汽车变速箱油泵齿形链的齿形设计选择提供了思路和方法。
A classification of silent chains in chain drives is introduced;the simulations of different oil pump silent chains with Adams simulation analysis software are compared;the stability of different silent chains in the gearbox oil pump system is analyzed;its wear,noise and other characteristics are finally verified through experiments to select the best tooth profile.It provides ideas and methods for the design and selection of the gear shape of the automobile transmission oil pump chain.
