摘要
以低品质粉煤灰为原材料,采用高温高湿蒸养养护工艺制备加气混凝土,探究其各项物理及力学性能。结果表明,在适宜的配合比下,低品质粉煤灰也能制备出性能合格的蒸养加气混凝土。在低品质粉煤灰掺量为61%、水胶比为0.51时抗压强度最高,达到5.98 MPa。
The aerated concrete was prepared using low quality fly ash as raw material and high temperature and high humidity steam curing process,and the physical and mechanical properties of the aerated concrete prepared from low quality fly ash were investigated.The results show that under the suitable matching ratio,the low quality fly ash can also prepare steam-aged aerated concrete with qualified performance.The highest compressive strength of 5.98 MPa was achieved at a low quality fly ash admixture of 61%and a water-cement ratio of 0.51.
