水库移民商品房安置方式探析--以高陂水利枢纽汶水塘安置点为例

Analysis on the Settlement Mode of Commercial Housing for Reservoir Resettlement:An Example of Wenshuitang Resettlement Site of Gaobei Water Conservancy Project

为贯彻“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念,创新农村移民新型城镇化安置模式,以广东韩江高陂水利枢纽大麻镇汶水塘安置点为例,分析移民宅基地使用权置换商品房(商铺)安置方式及实践成效,以期为新时代水库移民安置工作提供参考与借鉴。

In order to implement the new development concept of“innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing”in the new era,and innovate the new-type urbanization resettlement model for rural migrants,this paper studies and analyzes the implementation scheme and the practical effect of the resettlement mode in the Wenshuitang resettlement site of Gaobei water conservancy project in Dama,in the hope of providing reference for similar work.
