摘要
职业核心能力是伴随高职生终身成长的可持续发展能力,培养其职业核心能力是职业教育的必然要求,也对其求职、就业、再就业起关键作用。对此,通过调研广州城建职业学院建筑类实习生、毕业生及其所在企业,梳理学生的职业核心能力现状,并以该校“两站五导”工作探索为例,提出建筑类高职生提升职业核心能力的途径,以帮助学生更快适应社会发展、更好地满足职场人才竞争需求。
Vocational core competence is the sustainable development ability that accompanies the life-long growth of higher vocational students,and plays a key role in students’job hunting,employment and re-employment.This article,taking Guangzhou City Construction College’s“two stations and five guidance”practice as an example,explores the enhancement methods and training programs for four core vocational abilities to improve students’core vocational competence,helping students adapt to social development faster,and better meeting the needs of competition for talents in the workplace.
