改革开放以来,我国的工业水平在稳步的提升,技术创新层出不穷。新技术在为经济发展提供动力的同时,也在改变人们的生产生活。水在工业生产体系中的重要,可以营造生产条件,促进现有生产性能稳步提升。锅炉作为水处理的重要平台,是增强水资源利用效能重要举措。这就要求我们采用合理的水处理方法,加强水质监督工作,提高水处理工作人员的技术水平、管理水平。从而有效地防止锅炉结垢、腐蚀,确保锅炉的安全、节能、经济运行。文章将从几个方面简述工业锅炉水质检验中常见的问题及其对策。

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial level has been steadily improved,and technological innovation has emerged one after another.New technology not only provides power for economic development,but also changes people's production and life.The importance of water in the industrial production system can create production conditions and promote the steady improvement of existing production performance.As an important platform for water treatment,boiler is an important measure to enhance the efficiency of water resources utilization.This requires us to adopt reasonable water treatment methods,strengthen water quality supervision,and improve the technical and management level of water treatment workers.So as to effectively prevent the scaling and corrosion of the boiler and ensure the safe,energy-saving and economic operation of the boiler.This paper will briefly describe the common problems and Countermeasures in the water quality inspection of industrial boilers from several aspects.
