多工位精密冲压模具制造技术与发展

摘要 近年来,由于国外先进模具设计与生产技术的导入,加上与国内科技的有效结合,手机、笔记本电脑、打印机等多功能的塑料模具产品发展得很快。精密冲压模具的硬件设计与加工生产技术,也由单工位冲压模具设计发展到多工位的连续冲压模具设计。在中国大大加速了产业化进程,为国民经济的快速增长提供了物质基础,为社会变革提供了动力。在汽车零部件的加工生产中,往往采取专门模具对金属材料施以合理的加压,以促使其塑性变形或剥离,以便适应各种零部件的生产需要。随着科技的发展,多工位精密模具测绘不但提高了生产精度和产品质量,同时也提高了生产效率,而严格地控制生产工序也是提高效率的重要环节。文章介绍了多工位精密模具的生产技术,并探索了未来的发展。 In recent years,due to the introduction of foreign advanced mold design and production technology,coupled with the effective combination of domestic technology,multi-functional plastic mold products such as mobile phones,notebook computers,and printers have developed rapidly.The hardware design and processing production technology of precision stamping dies have also developed from single-station stamping die design to multi-station continuous stamping die design.In China,the process of industrialization has been greatly accelerated,which has provided the material basis for the rapid growth of the national economy and the impetus for social transformation.In the processing and production of auto parts,special molds are often used to apply reasonable pressure to metal materials to promote their plastic deformation or peeling,so as to meet the production needs of various parts.With the development of science and technology,multi-station precision mold surveying and mapping not only improves the production accuracy and product quality,but also greatly improves the production efficiency,and strict control of the production process is also an important link to improve efficiency.The article introduces the production technology of multi-station precision molds and explores the future development.
