摘要
飞机在打开口盖后发现扭力弹簧断裂,通过对弹簧外观、断口宏微观观察,对材料的组织、硬度及氢含量测试进行检查分析。结果表明:弹簧开裂及断裂性质为氢脆;建议按照GB 4358—1995《碳素弹簧钢丝》标准要求,镀Cd之后立即除氢。
The torsion spring was found to be broken after opening the cover of the aircraft.By observing the appearance of the spring and the macro and microscopic observation of the fracture,the microstructure,hardness and hydrogen content of the material were examined and analyzed.The results show that the spring cracking and fracture properties are hydrogen embrittlement;it is recommended to remove hydrogen immediately after Cd plating in accordance with the requirements of GB4358.
