煤化工生产中DCS系统的应用与改善途径分析

随着社会经济的快速发展,DCS控制系统在煤化工企业生产的过程中得到了广泛的应用,其逐渐成为生产过程中不可分割的重要组成部分。然而,在长期应用过程中DCS系统出现了较多问题,影响了生产质量。因此,煤化工企业应对DCS系统进行详细的分析,了解其运行中存在的问题,并采用相应的措施进行解决,同时结合实际情况对DCS系统的应用进行改善,以此为我国煤化工生产的未来发展奠定良好的基础。基于此,文章重点分析了DCS系统在煤化工生产中的应用现状及具体应用情,并总结应用中存在的问题和对策,同时具体分析改善DCS控制系统的主要途径。

At present,the rapid development of social economy has promoted the increase of social demand.In various production processes,the demand for raw materials is increasing.In this case,it has promoted the rapid development of China's coal chemical industry.In addition,the improvement of scientific and technological level has promoted the development and application of various control systems.In the production process of coal chemical enterprises,DCS control system has been widely used,and it has gradually become an integral part of the production process.However,in the long-term application process,DCS system has many problems,which is not conducive to the improvement of production quality.Therefore,coal chemical enterprises should analyze the DCS system in detail,understand the problems existing in its operation,adopt corresponding measures to solve them,and improve the application of DCS system in combination with the actual situation,so as to lay a good foundation for the future development of coal chemical production in China.Based on this,this paper focuses on the application status and specific application of DCS system in coal chemical production,sμmmarizes the problems and Countermeasures in the application,and analyzes the main ways to improve DCS control system.
