摘要
针对翻车机系统未实现全自动问题,研发并应用了火车摘钩人并融入贯通式双车翻车机生产流程,最终实现了翻车机系统的全自动运行。摘钩机器人的应用替代人工操作,避免了安全风险,并且切实提高了生产效率。
In view of the problem that the dμmper system is not fully automatic,this paper develops and applies the train picker and integrates it into the production process of the through-type double-car dμmper,and finally realizes the fully automatic operation of the dμmper system.The application of the hook picking robot replaces manual operation,avoids safety risks,and effectively improves production efficiency.
