仿人工呼吸装置智能水分饱和器气体输出控制研究

摘要 提供一种智能水分饱和器气体输出控制系统及方法,系统由PLC控制器、液位监测模块、温湿度采集模块、温湿度恒定模块组成。液位监测模块监测水分饱和器主箱体内的液位高度信息并传输到PLC控制器;温、湿度数据采集模块对水饱和器主箱体温度、湿度进行实时监测,并将其实时数据传送至PLC控制装置;PLC控制装置接收用户设置的温度和湿度数据信息,并根据温湿度采集模块采集水分饱和器主箱体内的温湿度信息向温湿度恒定模块发送控制信号;温湿度恒定模块根据PLC控制器的发送控制信号使水分饱和器主箱体内的温度以及水分饱和器输出气体湿度保持恒定。该系统不仅可以提供高精度的温湿度气体输出,还可实现水分饱和器内水分的自动补给。 A gas output control system and method of intelligent moisture saturator are provided.The system consists of PLC controller,liquid level monitoring module,temperature and humidity acquisition module,and constant temperature and humidity module.The liquid level monitoring module monitors the liquid level height information in the main tank of the moisture saturator and transmits it to the PLC controller;The temperature and humidity data acquisition module monitors the temperature and humidity of the main box of the water saturator in real time,and transmits its real-time data to the PLC control device;the PLC control device receives the temperature and humidity data information set by the user,and sends the control signal to the temperature and humidity constant module according to the temperature and humidity acquisition module to collect the temperature and humidity information in the main box of the moisture saturator;The constant temperature and humidity module keeps the temperature in the main box of the moisture saturator and the humidity of the output gas of the moisture saturator constant according to the control signal sent by the PLC controller.The system can not only provide high-precision temperature and humidity gas output,but also realize the automatic supply of water in the water saturator.
