YKK560-8型异步电动机通风冷却系统分析

摘要 YKK560-8型异步电动机的结构紧凑、转速较高,通风冷却系统的设计合理与否对电机定子、转子以及端部件温度有显著的影响。本文根据发电机流动和传热特性,建立了整个发电机通风系统的三维CFD模型,采用有限体积法对三维流场和温度场进行耦合求解计算,可以得到电动机定子、转子温度分布特性、内外风扇工作特性以及冷却器温升特性,最后给出了电动机通风及温升试验的主要结果。结果表明,计算得到的电动机流场和温度场分布规律合理,计算结果和实测结果吻合。 YKK560-8 type of asynchronous motor has such characteristics as high rotating speed and compact structure,whether the ventilationsystem is designed reasonable or not greatly impacts the temperatures of stator,rotor and end part ofthe electric machines.According to the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the motor,a three-dimensional CFD model of the ventilation cooling system of the motor is established.The coupled calculation of the three-dimensional flow and heat field is carried out by using the finite volume method,and the temperature distribution characteristics of the stator and rotor、fan characteristicand cooler temperature-rise characteristic are analyzed,and at the end of the paper,the ventilation and temperature-rise test are presented.The results show that the calculated flow field and temperature field distribution of the motor are reasonable,and the calculation results is in good agreement with the measured results.
