本文以某型航空发动机外流道组件发生变形、扭曲故障为例,介绍了故障现象,分析了故障原因,对钣金件的设计和制造提升具有一定的帮助。

In this paper,taking the deformation and distortion fault of an aeroengine sheet stamping parts as an example,the fault phenomenon is introduced,and the cause of the fault is analyzed,which is helpful for the design and manufacturing of sheet metal parts.
