基于ANSYS Workbench的无避让立体车库的分析与优化

摘要 通过CREO对某公司无避让立体车库进行三维模型的建立,并利用ANSYS Workbench对其结构进行静力学分析,得到立体车库结构的最大应力和最大变形,根据使用要求,运用响应面法对受力薄弱点进行优化分析,得到优化后的结构参数,使得等效应力大大降低、最大挠度减小,满足了设计要求;并对其中载车板结构进行力学分析,根据分析结果进行针对性优化,从而保证使用的稳定性及安全性,为无避让立体车库的发展提供一定的依据。 Based Through CREO,the three-dimensional model of the three-dimensional garage of a company is established,and the static analysis of its structure is carried out by ANSYS Workbench,and the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the three-dimensional garage structure are obtained,the response surface method is used to optimize the weak point,and the optimized structural parameters are obtained,which greatly reduce the equivalent stress and the maximum deflection,and meet the design requirements,according to the analysis results,the optimization is carried out to ensure the stability and safety of use,and to provide a basis for the development of three-dimensional garage.
