梯形皮下蒂皮瓣在面部缺损中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨利用梯形设计的皮下蒂皮瓣修复面部皮肤软组织缺损的效果。方法选取2017年9月至2021年4月安徽医科大学附属安庆医院收治的面部皮肤软组织缺损病人16例,均采用拓宽设计的皮瓣基底部组织为蒂的梯形皮下蒂皮瓣修复因面部皮肤良恶性病变切除后或外伤造成的缺损。结果术后皮瓣均完全成活,缺损创面完全修复,切口一期愈合,所有病人术后随访1个月至3年,效果满意。面部外形佳,双侧基本对称,面部主要器官未见明显的扭曲及移位畸形。皮瓣质地、色泽与周围组织相近,周围切口瘢痕不明显。结论梯形皮下蒂皮瓣具有血运可靠、成活率高、转移范围大等优点,是颜面部皮肤软组织缺损修复的一种理想、可靠的皮瓣。 Objective To explore the effect of repairing facial skin and soft tissue defects with trapezoid-designed subcutaneous pedicle flap.Methods Sixteen cases of skin and soft tissue defects caused by excision or trauma of benign or malignant skin lesions of the face were repaired with a trapezoid skin flap pedicled with tissue at the base of the expanded design of the flap in Anqing Municipal Hospital Affiliated the Anhui Medical University from September 2017 to April 2021.Results All the flaps survived completely,the defect was repaired completely and the incision healed in one stage.All patients were followed up for 1 month to 3 years.Facial appearance was good,bilateral basic symmetry,the main facial organs did not have obvious distortion and displacement deformity.The texture and color of the flap were similar to the surrounding tissues,and the scar around the incision was not obvious.Conclusions The trapezoid subcutaneous pedicle flap has many advantages,such as reliable blood supply,high survival rate and large transfer range.It is an ideal and reliable method to repair facial skin and soft tissue defects.
