摘要
博物馆宣教人员是特殊类型的教育人员,以茶为主题的博物馆在教育角色转变的背景下,对宣教讲解员角色和能力都提出了更高的要求。因为博物馆教育传播特点是双向的、互动的、有温度的,中国茶叶博物馆根据博物馆教育自身的传播特点,在实践中不断扩大教育型讲解员团队阵容,更好地发挥博物馆教育职能和影响,通过转变宣教模式-从传统教育式到自主设计式的分众式讲解;从知识灌输式到文化启发式的互动式讲解,探索出一条形式丰富、内容多样的实践道路。
Museum propagandists are special types of educators.Under the background of the transformation of educational role,the museums with tea as the theme put forward higher requirements for the role and ability of propagandists.Due to the two-way,interactive and warm characteristics of museum education communication,China Tea Museum continues to expand its team of educational commentators in practice according to the communication characteristics of museum education,to give better play to the educational function and influence of the museum,and to change the mode of publicity and Education-from traditional education to self-designed focus explanation.From the interactive explanation of knowledge inculcation to cultural heuristic,we explored a practical road with rich forms and diverse contents.
