摘要
目的收集不同产地麦麸,参照不同省市蜜麦麸的炮制方法,综合评价蜜麦麸的质量水平,为完善中药炮制辅料蜜麦麸的质量标准提供研究基础。方法收集三个批次麦麸,参照9个省市的炮制规范,得蜜麦麸27批,以丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸作为对照品进行薄层鉴别;按2015版《中国药典》四部通则考察其性状、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物,并采用HPLC法测定其阿魏酸含量。结果蜜麦麸的薄层图中,在和对照品色谱显色相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物均符合《中国药典》要求,阿魏酸含量范围0.0038%~0.0174%,平均含量为0.0121%。结论所建立的方法操作简单,重复性好,可为建立蜜麦麸的质量标准提供研究基础。
Objective To collect wheat bran from different origins and comprehensively evaluate the quality level of honey wheat bran according to the processing method of honey wheat bran from different provinces and cities,so as to provide research basis for improving the quality standard of honey wheat bran,an adjuvant for chinese medicine processing.Methods Twenty-seven batches of honeyed wheat bran were obtained by collecting three batches of wheat bran and referring to the processing specifications of nine provinces and cities.Alanine,valine and leucine were used as reference substances for TLC identification.The properties,water content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and extract were investigated according to the four general principles of the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the ferulic acid content was determined by HPLC.Results In the TLC diagram of honey wheat bran,the spots with the same color as the reference substance were shown at the corresponding positions of the color development of the chromatogram;Moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract all met the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of ferulic acid ranged from 0.0038%to 0.0174%,with an average content of 0.0121%.Conclusion The method established in this study was simple in operation and good in repeatability,which could provide the research basis for establishing the quality level of wheat bran.
