国营华北制药厂是“156项工程”的项目之一。它的建成投产,极大地促进了中国抗生素产业的发展,对石家庄市的城市规划和建设事业起到了重要推动作用,同时也见证了中苏两国关系上的重要一页。作为城市工业遗产,其具有重要的保护价值,应该采取合理的方式加以保护。

State-operated Huabei Pharmaceutical Factory was designed and built during the first five-year plan period as one of the“156 Projects”,which had a significant effect on the development of China s antibiotic industry and played an important role in the urban planning and construction of Shijiazhuang.As an important industrial project aided by the Soviet Union,It is also an important symbol of the unshakeable relationship between China and the Soviet Union in 1950s.Therefore,as an industrial heritage of the city,it has great value and should be well protected in reasonable ways.
