残疾人高山滑雪运动营养研究概述

Summary of Nutrition Research on the Disabled Alpine Skiing

我国开展残疾人冬季运动项目较晚,对于残疾人高山滑雪运动营养的相关研究较少,而合理的运动营养对于运动员竞技水平的提升具有重要支撑作用。基于残疾人冬季运动项目的特殊性以及高山滑雪项目分级的复杂性,其运动能量代谢与营养补充策略也应有所不同,需要对其进行系统、深入的梳理分析。本文采用文献资料法、实地跟队调查等方法分析残疾人高山滑雪项目的能量代谢影响因素,梳理残奥高山滑雪在糖、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、水与营养补剂补充等方面补充策略,进而指出残疾人高山滑雪运动项目营养研究存在的主要问题,提出未来研究的方向与建议,为残疾人高山滑雪运动员合理营养补充,进而科学辅助运动训练,并促进残疾人高山滑雪项目发展,乃至残疾人冬季运动项目发展提供理论依据。

The development of ice and snow sports for the disabled in China is late,and there are few studies on sports nutrition related to ice and snow sports for the disabled such as the disabled alpine skiing,but sports nutrition plays an important role in supporting the improvement of athletes’competitive level.Based on the special characteristics of winter sports for the disabled and the complexity of disabled alpine skiing classification,the sports energy requirements and nutrition supplement strategies should be different,which requires systematic and in-depth analysis and research.In this paper,the energy metabolism influencing factors of alpine skiing projects for the disabled are analyzed by means of literature method and field team survey,and the supplementary strategies of Paralympic alpine skiing in sugar,fat,protein,vitamins,minerals,water and nutritional supplements are sorted out,and the main problems existing in the nutrition research of alpine skiing projects for the disabled are pointed out,and the direction and suggestions of future research are proposed,so as to provide reasonable nutritional supplements for disabled alpine skiers,and then scientifically assist sports training,and promote the development of alpine skiing projects for the disabled.Even it provides a theoretical basis for promoting the development of the disabled alpine skiing.
