高校建设冰雪项目高水平运动队的价值、模式与实施路径

The Values,Modes and Implementation Paths of Constructing High-level Sports Teams of Ice and Snow Sports in Universities

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法等,探讨高校建设冰雪项目高水平运动队在体教融合、冰雪运动和体育强国建设等方面的价值,包括“体教融合”的先行示范、“青少年冰雪运动进校园”的核心保障、“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的有效引领及体育强国建设的战略需要。再结合高校建设冰雪项目高水平运动队在招生、场馆、人才及社会合力等方面所面临的困境,研究提出建设冰雪项目高水平运动队模式———“体教+”,内容为“体教+政府”“体教+企业”“体教+俱乐部”和“体教+社会组织”。实施路径:加强合作交流,构建联动发展与互助共赢的良好态势;提高理念站位,认清冰雪运动与学生发展的内在关系;夯实机制保障,加强资源要素的整合与互补效应。

By means of literature, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper discusses the value of constructing high-level sports teams of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in the aspects of sports and education integration, ice and snow sports and the construction of sports power, including the first demonstration of “integration of sports and education”, the core guarantee of “youth ice and snow sports entering the campus”, the effective guidance of “300 million people participating in ice and snow sports” and the strategic needs of building a strong sports country. Combined with the difficulties faced by colleges and universities to build high-level sports teams in ice and snow events in enrollment, venues, talents and society, On this basis, the paper puts forward the model of “sports education+”, which includes “sports + government”, “sports + education + enterprises”, “sports + clubs” and “sports + social organizations”. Implementation path: strengthen cooperation and exchanges, build a good situation of joint development and mutual assistance and win-win;Improve the ideal position, recognize the inner relationship between ice and snow sports and student development;Consolidate mechanism guarantee, strengthen the integration and complementary effect of resource elements.
