摘要
随着我国社会老龄化趋势越来越明显,对城市住区的研究重点逐渐转向适老性,高校旧住区作为老年人最为集中的老旧住区之一,有适老化改造的必要性。随着社会进入共享时代,资源和空间的共享显得尤为重要。本文基于共享理念和既有研究,并结合相关案例,总结出目前高校旧住区普遍存在的不适老性问题,尝试从空间功能、室外环境、配套设施三个方面构建以共享为理念的微更新路径。笔者认为,在微更新的基础上,构建学校与旧住区及旧住区内部的共享平台,是实现高校旧住区适老化更新的有效路径,通过共享式微更新,可以重置住区的闲置资源,激发住区活力,实现住区的可持续发展。
As the aging trend of our society is becoming more and more obvious,the research on urban settlements has gradually shifted to being suitable for the elderly.As one of the oldest settlements where the elderly are most concentrated,the old settlements in colleges and universities have the necessity to adapt to the aging.As our society enters the era of sharing,the sharing of resources and the sharing of space become more important.Based on the sharing concept and the existing research,combined with related cases,this paper summarizes the current discomfort in the old residential areas of colleges and universities,and attempts to build a micro-renewal path with the concept of sharing from three aspects:space function,environment,and supporting facilities.It is believed that building a shared platform between the school and the old residential area and within the old residential area on the basis of micro-renewal is an effective way to achieve the appropriate aging and updating of the old community in the colleges and universities.Through the shared micro-renewal,the idle resources of the community can be reset to stimulate the vitality of the community and to realize the sustainable development of the community.
