重构残余边界空间的城市微更新思考——以沈阳北市场历史街区为例

Reflections on the Urban Micro Renewal of Reconstructing the Residual Boundary Space:A Case of Shenyang North-Market Historic District

沈阳北市场历史街区是我国具有代表性的满铁商埠地历史街区。本文通过对沈阳北市场历史街区基础设施及人文生活现状进行调查,提出从住区边界入手,对临街边界空间进行再规划,整合、激活与强化住区界面,唤醒城市界面,找回消失的城市烟火气,进而探讨在“城市微更新”背景下,城市边界中大量被整体规划所忽略的“残余空间”,对城市空间和城市生活的发展具有重要价值。

Shenyang North Market historical district is a representative of Manchuria railway commercial port in China.Based on the investigation on the current situation of the infrastructure and daily life in the district,the paper proposes to start from the residential boundary space,to replan,to integrate and to activate the boundary space along the street,to strengthen the residential interface,to awaken the urban interface,and to recover the lost urban atmosphere.Then,in the context of“urban microrenewal”,boundary-a large number of“residual spaces”in the city,which are ignored by the overall planning,is of great value to urban space and urban life.
