摘要
本研究基于“站城融合”理念,分析我国铁路客站新发展阶段的时代机遇和现实桎梏。结合国内外上盖开发的规划设计和管理运营,从土地政策、开发机制和规划设计三个方面,分析杭州西站作为我国首个雨棚上盖开发项目所具有的创新性和突破性。研究结果将会对未来铁路客站的站城融合设计策略提供经验借鉴和理论支撑。
Based on the concept of“station-city integration”,this paper analyzes the opportunities and the constraints for the development of Chines high-speed railway station in the new era.Combined with the planning design and management operation of roof development at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the innovations and breakthroughs of Hangzhou West Railway Station,which is the first roof canopy cover development project in China,from three aspects of land polities,development mechanism and planning design.The results of this exploration will provide theoretical support and practical solutions for the design strategies of city-station integration of future railway stations.
