摘要
为探究聚富马酸酯类交联网络的固化工艺,采用两步法成功制备聚富马酸丙二醇酯和聚富马酸丙二醇酯共二丙烯酸酯,在紫外光辐照下,形成交联聚合物。利用傅里叶红外光谱对聚合物和交联固化体进行表征,并测试交联固化体的热稳定性能。探究交联固化体形成机理及紫外光辐照时间、辐照强度、引发剂用量等参数对固化行为的影响规律。结果表明:较为适宜的固化参数为紫外光辐照时间120 s、辐照强度248 mW·cm^(-2)、引发剂质量分数0.3%;当聚合物的双键比率为0.5时,交联固化体具有较高的玻璃化转变温度、热焓变及良好的热稳定性。
In order to explore the curing process of polyfumarate crosslinking networks,poly(propylene fumarate)and poly(propylene fumarate)-diacrylate were successfully synthesized by two-step reaction.Crosslinked polymers were formed under UV irradiation.The polymers were characterized by fourier infrared spectroscopy.And the thermal stability properties of the cross-linked polymers were tested.The influence of UV irradiation time,intensity and dosage of initiator on the curing behavior were studied.The results indicate that the optimum curing parameters are as follows:UV irradiation time 120 s,UV irradiation intensity 248 m W·cm^(-2),and mass fraction ofinitiator 0.3%.The cross-linked polymers with a double bond ratio of 0.5 has a higher glass transition temperature,thermal enthalpy change and excellent thermal stability.
