利用丙烯酸酯共聚物改善纸浆模塑包装材料防水防油性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以竹化学浆和针叶木化学浆为原料制备纸浆模塑,通过辊涂或浸涂方式将改性的无氟丙烯酸酯共聚物应用于纸浆模塑材料表面,评价处理前后纸浆模塑材料的机械性能和防水防油性能。结果表明,与不添加助剂的纸浆模塑包装材料相比,利用3种丙烯酸酯共聚物均导致其机械性能略有降低,防水和防油性能显著提高;其中,Cobb值由无助剂添加时的508 g/m^(2)降低至15~18 g/m^(2),5min后水接触角仍保持在较高水平,防油等级(Kit值)可达到8以上,但其耐热水热油性能相对较差。使用淀粉复配改性后的无氟丙烯酸酯共聚物可使纸浆模塑包装材料的Cobb值降至0.9~2.1 g/m^(2),水接触角在5 min内的变化值仅为4.0°~8.2°,防油等级可达到10以上,另外其耐热水热油性能有显著改善。 In this paper,the pulp molding was prepared with bamboo chemical pulp and softwood chemical pulp,and the modified fluorinefree acrylate copolymers were coated on the surface of the pulp molding packaging materials by Meyer rod coating or dip coating. The mechanical properties,water and oil resistance of the pulp molded packaging material before and after treatment were evaluated. The results showed that,compared with the molding without any additives,the mechanical properties of pulp molding packaging materials using three acrylate copolymers were slightly lower,and the water resistance and oil resistance were enhanced significantly. Among them,the Cobb value was reduced from 508 g/m^(2)(without additives)to 15~18 g/m^(2),the water contact angle remained at a high level after 5 min,and the oil resistance grade(Kit value)could reach 8 or more,but its hot water and hot oil resistance were relatively poor. The Cobb value of pulp molding packaging material was further decreased to 0. 9~2. 1 g/m^(2) by using the starch-modified fluorine-free acrylate copolymer,the change value of water contact angle within 5 min was only 4. 0°~8. 2°,and the oil-proof grade could reach to more than 10 and its hot water and hot oil resistance were significantly improved.
