摘要
以丁基橡胶、增塑剂、填料、增黏树脂为主要原料制备了预铺防水卷材用丁基热熔胶,研究了丁基橡胶的结构、增塑剂的相对分子质量、填料的细度、增黏树脂的软化点等因素对丁基热熔胶抗冷流性能的影响,结果表明采用溴化丁基橡胶、添加硫化树脂、增大增塑剂的相对分子质量、增加填料的细度、提高增黏树脂的软化点可有效提高丁基热熔胶的抗冷流性能。
A kind of hot melt butyl sealant for pre-laid waterproofing membrane is prepared with butyl rubber,plasticizer,filler and tackifying resin as the main raw materials.In this article,the effect of the structure of butyl rubber,the relative molecular weight of plasticizer,the fineness of filler and the softening point of tackifying resin on the cold flow resistance of hot melt butyl sealant are studied.The results show that the cold flow resistance of hot melt butyl sealant can be improved effectively by using brominated butyl rubber,adding vulcanized resin,increasing the relative molecular weight of plasticizer,increasing the fineness of filler,and improving the softening point of tackifying resin.
