丙烯酸盐化学注浆在“公铁下穿”渗漏水治理中的应用

摘要 在“公铁下穿”结构中,受铁路、公路频繁的高强动荷载作用以及温度变形等原因,接缝部位经常出现渗漏水现象,如果不及时止水修复,路面下的土体不断被水冲出,会造成铁路桥墩或箱涵基础沉降,导致严重的安全事故。本文以杭州临平区09省道下穿沪昆铁路段为例,叙述了采用丙烯酸盐灌浆的方法处理混凝土公铁下穿部位渗漏水的技术。 In the“highway and railway underpass”structure,due to frequent high-strength dynamic loads and temperature deformation of railway and highway,water leakage often occurs at the joints.If the water stop is not repaired in time,the soil under the pavement is constantly washed out by water,which will cause settlement of railway piers or box culvert foundation,resulting in serious safety accidents.Taking the#09 provincial highway in Linping district of Hangzhou as an example,this paper describes the technology of using acrylate grouting to treat the water leakage of the concrete highway and railway underpass.
