以高质量党建激发高校教师队伍创新活力的思考——华中师范大学人工智能教育学部的实践探索

High-Quality Party Building for Innovation Vigor among Faculty Academics:An exploratory Study Based on Practices at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education at Central China Normal University

教师的创新意识和创新能力对高校人才培养和教育事业发展意义重大,高校基层党建围绕激发教师队伍创新活力来开展是党管人才原则的时代内涵,也是提升基层党建质量的应有之义。基层党建要发挥好政治引领作用,通过信念引领、目标引领、政策引领,把创新理念变成教师队伍的共同信仰和价值追求;要优化基层党组织设置,充分发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用,提升教师队伍的凝聚力、战斗力,夯实教师队伍的创新基础;要破除体制机制障碍,推进自主创新,激发教师队伍创新活力。

Faculty academics’innovative awareness and competencies are crucial for cultivating university students with high-level competencies and the sustainable development of education.Therefore,it is critically important to help faculty academics to develop innovative awareness and competencies.Grassroots party building in universities lays solid foundations for faculty academics’development of innovative awareness and competencies.Grassroots party building should take the political leadership in faculty academics’competency building by transforming our party’s belief,policy and goals into the faculty academics’shared vision and values.Grassroots party building also needs to optimize its’organizations and plays its’role of fighting fortress to help faculty academics to increase their community belonging and identity,competencies and empowerment.Additionally,grassroots party building needs to break the institutional barriers and support faculty academics’self-directed innovation to increase faculty academics’innovative vigor.
