摘要
采用CiteSpace可视化分析软件,对中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的教师情感劳动文献进行分析。分析发现:我国教师情感劳动研究领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势;研究者之间及研究机构之间的合作有待加强;研究主题集中于职业倦怠、情绪劳动策略、幼儿教师、中小学教师、特殊教育教师、大学教师、心理资本、心理健康等领域。研究表明,情感劳动存在于各级各类教师群体中,并与教师职业倦怠、心理健康、工作满意度等密切相关,关注教师情感劳动将有助于教师职业幸福感和教育质量的提升。
This paper adopts the CiteSpace visual analysis software to analyze teachers'emotional labor literature which is collected in CNKI database.The analysis findings show that the number of papers published in the field of teachers'emotional labor in China is on the rise.The cooperation between researchers needs to be strengthened,and the same is true between research institutions;the research topics focus on job burnout,emotional labor strategies,preschool teachers,primary and secondary school teachers,special education teachers,university teachers,psychological capital,mental health and other fields.Research shows that emotional labor exists in all kinds of teacher groups at all levels,and is closely related to teachers'job burnout,mental health and job satisfaction.Paying attention to emotional labor of teachers will help improve teachers'career happiness and education quality.
