摘要
师范生公费教育政策实行对师范生进行免费教育,意在营造尊师重教氛围、吸引更多优秀青年加入教师行列。但由于公费师范生招生政策在设计方面存在一些不足,导致一些问题出现,例如政策期望与个人价值取向契合度不高、顶层设计与区域政策实施有待进一步融合、教育部部属师范院校与省域高校相比较,它对薄弱学校的师资补充效果不明显等等。根据对政策的分析并结合时代背景,本研究提出区域教育要以省级统筹为主、创建个性化招生考试制度、搭建以学生为中心的职业生涯教育平台等措施来完善和优化现有政策。
The policy of free education for normal university students aims to create an atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education and attract more outstanding young people to join the ranks of teachers.But as a result of socialized students admissions policy has some deficiencies in the design,lead to some problems,such as the policy expectation and personal value orientation fit is not high,the top-level design and implementation of regional policy remains to be further integration,the department of education subordinate compared with normal universities and colleges and universities,it is of the weak school teacher added effect is not obvious and so on.According to the analysis of the policy and the background of The Times,this study proposes that regional education should be based on provincial overall planning,create personalized enrollment examination system,build student-centered career education platform and other measures to improve and optimize the existing policy.
