摘要
在船舶制造过程中经常利用工装辅助作业,船舶模块进舱工装是利用液压装置将模块同步举升到指定高度,再通过导轨实现进舱定位的机械装置。在设计过程中要充分考虑现场空间狭小,应该最大限度的缩小工装的外形尺寸,还要保证工装的整体刚性和承载的安全性、可靠性,分别对机械部分、液压部分和电控部分进行设计。
In the shipbuilding process,tooling is often used to assist operations,and the ship module entry tooling is a mechanical device that uses hydraulic devices to synchronously lift the module to a specified height,and then realizes the positioning of the cabin through the guide rail.In the design process,we should fully consider the small space on site,the overall size of the tooling should be minimized,and the overall rigidity of the tooling and the safety and reliability of the bearing should be ensured,respectively,the mechanical part,the hydraulic part and the electronic control part Design.
