医疗保险档案管理电子一体化的探讨

摘要 考虑到目前档案管理实际情况,通过搭建医疗保险档案一体化管理平台,改变经办机构工作人员手工整理业务档案的问题。采用业务经办系统、网上申报系统、电子档案系统等多系统联动以及数字证书技术的应用,构建新型医保信息管理服务体系,探索出一套适合国内医疗保险网上业务经办与档案管理的一体化业务模式,以实现对医保档案信息进行综合加工、信息共享和互补等功能,进一步提高医保信息利用效率。 Considering the actual situation of the current archives management,through the establishment of an integrated management platform for medical insurance archives,the problem of manual sorting of business archives by the staff of the agency is changed.By using the linkage of business handling system,online declaration system,electronic file system and other systems as well as the application of digital certificate technology,a new medical insurance information management service system is constructed,and an integrated business model suitable for domestic medical insurance and other insurance online business handling and file management is explored.In order to realize the comprehensive processing,information sharing and complementary functions of medical insurance file information,and further improve the utilization efficiency of medical insurance information.
