摘要
桥梁工程的建设影响或改变了附近水域的通航环境,进而在一定程度上影响了船舶的通航安全。运用AHP的相关理论与方法,结合某长江大桥工程实例,基于桥区水域通航环境的风险源分析,建立了通航环境风险评价体系,求得桥区水域通航环境各风险指标的权重,分析得出桥区水域通航环境的主要影响因素。结果表明,基于AHP法所建立的通航环境风险评价指标体系是比较符合实际情况的,提出的风险指标评价体系为其他的桥区水域通航环境风险评价有一定的参考价值。
The construction of bridge engineering affects or changes the navigation environment of the nearby waters,which in turn affects the navigation safety of ships to a certain extent.Using the relevant theories and methods of AHP,combined with an example of a Yangtze River Bridge project,based on the risk source analysis of the navigation environment in the waters of the bridge area,a risk assessment system for the navigation environment was established,and the weight of each risk index of the navigation environment in the waters of the bridge area was obtained.The main influencing factors of the navigation environment in the waters of the bridge area.The results show that the navigation environment risk assessment index system established based on the AHP method is more in line with the actual situation,and the proposed risk index evaluation system has certain reference value for other bridge area water navigation environment risk assessment.
