摘要
对矩形槽铣削加工走刀路径进行优化,对矩形旋转任意角度后各基点坐标进行计算,设计宏程序,并对相关系统参数的设定进行了介绍。经实例验证,能明显降低编程难度,有效缩短编程时间。
The tool path for milling of rectangular grooves is optimized,the coordinates of each base point after the rectangle is rotated at any angle are calculated,the macro program is designed,and the setting of relevant system parameters is introduced.Verified by examples,it can significantly reduce the programming difficulty and effectively shorten the programming time.
