摘要
学科建设是高等学校的立校之本,处于学校发展的基础、核心和龙头地位;研究生教育是高等教育的顶端,代表高等学校培养最高层次人才的质量和水平,是一流学科建设的原生力量。围绕研究生教育与学科建设关联的学理与现实问题,探讨以学科目录为基础的中国特色研究生教育和学科建设的内涵与特征。在剖析我国研究生教育与学科建设存在割裂、分离现象的内外部动因基础上,从研究生教育与学科建设的结构交互逻辑、内涵交融逻辑和组织关联逻辑分析二者的关联机理,研究促进二者融通的路径,提出了深化二者交融互促的五项策略:理性认用商业性排行榜、突出立德树人学科评价、探索专门性质量评价、建立校内PPF框架、探索供需侧兼顾的促融发展模式等,以促进研究生教育与学科发展交融互促,为推动中国特色的学科建设更有效支撑研究生教育高效能高质量发展提供理论与应用支持。
As the foundation of universities,discipline construction stands at the foundational core and leading position of universities'development.graduate education is the top of higher education,representing the quality and level of the highest-level talents cultivated by universities.It is also the primary power of first-class discipline construction.Focusing on the theoretical and practical issues related to graduate education and discipline construction,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of graduate education and discipline construction with Chinese characteristics based on discipline catalogue.On the basis of analyzing the internal and external causes of the phenomenon of splitting and separation between graduate education and discipline construction in our country,this paper studies the correlation mechanism of graduate education and discipline construction from the structural interaction logic,connotation blending logic and organizational correlation logic,analyzes the ways to promote the integration of them,and puts forward five strategies to deepen the integration and mutual promotion of them as follows:Rationally recognize the commercial ranking list.Protrude the discipline evaluation of highlighting morality and cultivating students.Explore specialized quality evaluation.Establish an internal PPF framework.Seek the development model of balancing supply and demand.Finally,this paper will promote the interaction between graduate education and discipline development,and then provide theoretical and application guarantees for promoting the efficient and high-quality development of graduate education effectively supported by the discipline construction with Chinese characteristics.
