高校领导干部改革创新的动能机理研究——基于扎根理论的分析 被引量:1

摘要 我国高等教育改革发展进入“深水区”,很多问题没有国际经验可循、没有现成答案可鉴,亟须探索分析高校领导干部改革创新的动能机理,全面构建保护改革者的制度和生态,大刀阔斧地推进高等教育改革创新。通过使用扎根理论方法,梳理形成27条初始概念、9个初始范畴和4个主范畴进行深入分析,构建起由动力、阻力、压力、动机四大模块组成的高校领导干部改革创新的动能机理模型,提出了动能导向图。高校领导干部改革创新需要通过充分激发动力、减少阻力、巧施压力、端正动机,着力营造鼓励大胆探索、改革创新、干事创业、勇攀高峰的文化和环境。 China's higher education reform and development has entered the"deep-water zone",and many problems have no international experience to follow,and there are no ready-made answers to learn from.It is urgent to explore and analyze the kinetic mechanism of the reform and innovation of leading cadres in colleges and universities,comprehensively build systems and ecosystems to protect reformers,and vigorously promote the reform and innovation of higher education.By using the grounded theory method,combing and forming 27 initial concepts,9 initial categories and 4 main categories for in-depth analysis,this paper constructs a kinetic energy mechanism model for the reform and innovation of leading cadres in Colleges and universities,which is composed of four modules:power,resistance,pressure and motivation,and puts forward a kinetic energy guidance map.The reform and innovation of leading cadres in colleges and universities need to create a culture and environment that encourages bold exploration,reform and innovation,entrepreneurship,and climbing to the peak by fully stimulating motivation,reducing resistance,skillfully exerting pressure,and correcting motivation.
